Mark has 20+ years of experience specialising in the growth of software businesses targeting the NHS and broader public sector. His extensive career includes prominent roles as Group Managing Director at Advanced Business Solutions, CEO of COA Solutions, and CEO of mHance. Throughout his tenure with these businesses, Mark has consistently showcased exceptional expertise in cultivating and nurturing high-performing management teams, fostering a culture of excellence and driving organisational success.

Tom is a highly skilled and qualified chartered accountant, bringing a wealth of experience from firms such as KPMG and Moore Stephens, where he gained 7+ years of audit experience. With a strong foundation in financial management, Tom successfully led teams of finance professionals at Oakley Capital and his recent tenure at PwC further enhanced his ability to navigate complex financial transactions.

Karthik is the Founder & Managing Director at Tern Capital. Karthik has over 15 years of experience working with software businesses, especially complex and mission-critical B2B software businesses. Karthik has a MBA from Insead and a Computer Science degree from the University of Hong Kong.
