Your workload is hosted using fault-tolerant infrastructure, distributed across multiple physical locations with independent power, cooling and networking. Continuous monitoring is in place across the entire infrastructure allowing rapid detection and remediation of system faults. Multiple copies of all data are made in real-time across different sites for high levels of durability. We have resilient connections to HSCN with capacity dedicated exclusively to CCube Cloud. Procedures for day-to-day operations and disaster recovery are maintained, with regular review and testing.

Your whole system is securely backed up to a secondary location at least 100 miles away, providing protection from natural disaster and major outages. Data is fully segregated between customers and access is tightly controlled and audited through our Information Security Management System, certified to ISO 27001, preventing unauthorised access and maintaining GDPR compliance. Real-time security scanning is enabled across all resources, implementing the latest threat intelligence and maintaining the optimal cloud security posture, benchmarked against the UK NCSC Cloud Security Principles.
